I have a mole on my leg that been there my whole life, but lately I'm been thinking about it and getting worried that it might turn into skin cancer. When all this worrying started, I started getting leg pain, some other bodily pain but mostly in my legs that feels deep in my bone. It seems to come and go, especially when i think about it. I'm freaking out, but I also suffer from anxiety attacks, and thought maybe it could be that? Help please!!!

If the pain came after you thought about the fear of cancer, I think you can safely think that it's your anxiety is causing the pain. Fear is an extremely powerful emotion and causes an unbeleivable amount of crazy physical symptoms, don't let fear have the power.
I am talking from experience, have suffered for a couple of years with health anxiety and know the destruction it can cause...
All the best
