Q: pain between nose , throat and ear

Hello,
I am 67 years old. I am getting pain between my nose, throat ear. I got a surgery in year 2000 on the cheek, due to cancer. part of a tongue and cheek got cut and mandible. Can you please suggest me what I need to do for this. As per the doctors latest investigation, there is no reoccurence of cancer and no sinus problem. But I am getting the pain from last 3 months between nose, throat and ear. Doctors prescribed only the mouthwash 3 times a day. Even then there is no pain relief. In addition, I am using some pain killer. Please suggest me some remedies to get rid of this pain.
