Q: pain below navel

i'm 3 dpo and yesterday I woke up with this pain kinda of like it is my uterus or something. I notice when I'm washing dishes and I press up against the sink it's very sensitve or even when I press it my self it's very sensitive. The pain is below my navel. Sometimes if i even move a certian way, cough, or sneeze i can feel the pain. Right now i can feel and ongoing pain on my right side. Has this happen to anyone before?

Ya.. That has happen 2 me.. I know u how u feel.. Bc I am going through that right now. And I will be a senior in high school.. And haveing those pain. I have been having for 3 months, but still getting my preiod.. So what do I do... I need help
