I have had an operation on my left femur to strenghen my left leg,a rod has been inserted from my hip to just above the knee.The cause of the problem is that i have prostate cancer that has spred to the bone. I have had a fracture caused by weakening of the bone due to cancer. It was ok after the operation but for the last 4 days I have experienced very sharp pains below my left knee when i put my weight on left foot when using a walker to get walking again. Ging
