i am 30 years old and at anytime of the day i get a constant tightness behind my testicles ,which result's in me finding it hard to go to the toilet as when i go to the toilet 10 mins later i need to go again as i dont seem to be able to empty my bladder fully at the first attempt ,is their any answers to this ?many thank's
