Pain at lumbar puncture sife

Hi!i had a lumbar puncture 9 months agoand i had a severe pain at the puncture site immediately after the procedure it continue to persists for weeks!i had seen doctorsand they give mepainkillersasstrong as tramadol!it just made me very woozy!i learned to live with the pain now but as my job requires me to lift heavy stuff,i suffer from severe pain in that area from tine to time whch sonetimes leads me to canceling shift. I wonder if i should seek further mesi al attention or is there something i can do to alleviate the pain?anti inflammatory and pain killets dont help,.thanx
