Q: Pain at left rib cage

Sometimes I will lean over to the left from a sitting position, and I will feel
an intense knot(ball rolling under my rib cage) building up and moving. The pain is so sever it takes my breath away and last about 2-3 minutes.
If anyone has any information on this please reply. Thanks , Concerned
