I have been getting a sharp pain around my left temple and at the same time, pain down my left arm. The pain in my arm is sharp as well and is around my elbow. This last for 5-10 seconds and then is gone.

I get the same thing. It used to be more frequent (once or twice a day, two or three days a week), but now it happens much less. Anybody have any ideas? It is kind of scary. The arm pain is around my lower bicep, just above my elbow.
