Hi,

I have been experiencing severe pain and swelling in my hands, wrists and arms for about 4 months now. Along with these symptoms I am finding that my hips, one knee and my feet/toes are hurting. My doctor says that she cannot diagnose these symptoms and that I should consider seeing a rheumatology specialist. However, everything I have read about RA indicates that this is a small joint disease and the symptoms don't mention swelling of the limbs.

Can you help?
