Pain and inflammation in penis veins

From many months, I have been observing swollen and paining veins all over the shaft of my penis, mainly of blue and dark colors. There are also paining and swollen veins all round its head. The pain is usually accompanied by inflammation. They occur mainly after erection and lasts from 1-2 hours to 2-3 days sometimes. I am a 16 year old boy and I am very much worried about it. Please help.
