Q: pain and increased blood pressure ?

I have alot of pain in my lower pelvic area. My uterus looks good according to all doctors. But I have extreme pain there. Each time, I have noticed that there is a rise in my blood pressure. My normal blood pressure runs about 138/65 but when I have painful episodes, my blood pressure goes to 181/112. Is this coincidence or is there a cause?

Well, the pain could be causing the rise in blood pressure. I mean, you'd probably have a higher blood pressure if you had a headache, or any other kind of pain. Know what I mean?
