So I wasn't sure if this should go in the Vaginal Health forum or this forum, but whatever, it's going here.

So I visited my boyfriend (I don't get to a lot because it's a long distance relationship) and it had been about 8 months since we had sex, and neither of us had had sex with anyone in between. When I visited him, literally each time we had sex the initial penetration was painful and he had to wait like 30 seconds for the pain to go away before he could move. Once or twice after sex I found blood in there. I think this would be understandable if I had been a virgin, but I haven't been a virgin for like two and a half years or something. And sex never hurt before that and it never caused me to bleed. Also I have no STDs (I dunno if that would be the cause of it) and neither does he. And I'm lucky enough to never have a problem with wetness--we never need to use lube. I'm sure that's not the cause of this.

Your hymen can't grow back, can it? Lol. =P So is this normal?

your vagina can close up if you dont have sex as much. its probably because you havnt had sex in so long. i would not worry about it. the same thing happened to one of my friends.

Oh, that's weird I guess. Wonder why I never heard about that. Thank you xbostonx =) I'm glad it's nothing serious.

no problem. if the bleeding continues or anything just go to the doctor and let her know what happened.
