Q: Pain all over body

So I been having pain in my muscles and joints all day today. Can it occur from working out or sleeping/sitting down a lot? Because I been doing that recently. I work out whenever I can, mostly once or twice a week, due to summer school but other then that I sleep or sit most of the time due to summer school which is online. The pain mostly occurs in the legs, lower and upper back, arms, stomach (abs), and a headache now and then but that could be because of my tooth ache. Also I been having big exhaustion where I just want to sleep yet I sleep a lot.

Rolling Eyes idk whats wrong with me

So any tips or any sort of help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
