Q: Pain after rib pop

while playing with my children 3 days ago i felt my rib pop since then the pain has got worse i cant cough sneeze,it hurts to lay down on my side and hurts to get out of a chair.there is no brusing

Your question involves feeling your rib "pop" and resulting pain.

In this situation, you may have subluxed a rib. You may wish to contact a good chiropractor in your area to evaluate you and assist with re-aligning your spine where the rib meets.
