Q: Pain after pooping. What is it?

I'm 18 years old, and from about January I have had hemroids, they come and go, sometimes leaving me crying in pain othertimes I hardly notice them at all.
Since last monday I have had diarrhea. I had to take some pills to stop me from having diarrhea as I had a driving lesson. On the day of the lesson, the pills worked fantastic. I had no need to rush to the bathroom. I thought all was well.

Since coming off the tablets I have not been able to stop having diarrhea. Each morning I wake up about 4am and sit in the toilet for hours. I don't know whats wrong but its as though my bum hole is being torn appart and it stings and feels uncomfy. I used to be able to sit into the bath until the pain went away but now its not working anymore.

I am currently using hemroid cream and suppository's (before I go to bed) to help ease the poop out in the morning. I am in massive amounts of pain and I don't know what to do anymore. I'm running out of options, and I cant see the doctor till next week

Please if anyone could give me any advice I would be most grateful.

hello from your symptoms i would advise see some one before next week...your either overdoing it on the laxatives or could be developing irritable bowel syndrome which causes tummy cramp and back pain...bowel motins vary every day with ibs and its main cause is stress...the pain associated with ibs is like colic but very easily treated..
you need to be checked out either way so the diahorrea does not dehydrate you..
im not a doctor but suffered ibs which is under control now and i have hemarroid...
good luck and let us know how you get on..

I agree with Ioka but I want to add; drink plenty of water to keep from getting dehydrated until you do see the doctor. If you do have Irritable Bowel Syndrome you will need to change your diet. You should stay away from soda, caffeine, spicy foods, greasy foods, and fried foods. Milk can also upset the stomach. Right now with the diarreah try eating things like toast and white rice until you see the doctor.
