Is it possible for a man to have pain in his balls after not having sex for a while? How long would it take to become uncomfortable before he would need a 'release'?

It is possible. People call it blue balls- I hate that term! But if guy is using this as an excuse to pressure you into having sex with him, don't believe it. Blue balls can be relieved through masturbation, which I'm sure he's doing plenty of anyway. lol
