Q: Pain after injection !!

looking I was wondering what is the norm time length for the pain after a Depo-Medrol injection? & does it occur only after the injection or can it return?

The pain from the injection itself should go away in a few hours. Usually it is given mixed with an anesthetic so that it hurts only a little for only minutes. If it works, then the pain it is intended to treat usually starts getting better in minutes to hours.
