so i'm a 25 year old male and im worried about what kind of damage i have done to my member. i was sexually active at a very young age well not sex but lots of oral and she was rough with him. and since then i have grown to be somewhat rough with him, not overly but definitely not gentile. i masturbated pretty often and roughly (no lube) until i found a girl and i had no problems down there other then a lil bit of premature ejaculation in the early stages of our relationship lol

well ive been single for 2 years and when i masturbate now it sometimes stings (not often just occasionally) on the bottom of my head and sometimes the pain works its way down the shaft...and there's a lightly shaded half circle from the hole to the rim. when i get this pain i just dunk it in cold water and wait it out for about 10 mins and the pain goes away... but i shouldn't be feeling pain after ejaculating. is it possible i damaged something there, and how serious is that ???

a few tiny red marks on the head of my penis have showed up as well, they really don't hurt but it kinda makes my penis look diseased and the bottom of my head and around the rim is all red. thing is now i use lube and im nowhere near as rough as i used to be so why all of a sudden am i getting these marks???
i have tried to just stop masturbating for a lil bit to see if there's any improvement but noting changes then i cave and pleasure myself.

hes also quite small when not erect, but grows more then twice its size.... is that normal?? my testicles also tend to stay tight most of the time rarely do they hang loosely. and blue veins are very visable thoughout the shaft and sack.... he also tends to get very excited over anything too.... just a kiss or a dance can send him straight up its actually kind of embarrassing i cant control him, even just a thought can send him up. so basically i get erections often, could that stop my penis from healing? should i give up on masturbating for a long time ?(i think i'll go mental if i do that lol)

oh yeah sometimes after i ejaculate or just sitting here normal, my testicles start feeling ....tight i guess is the best way to discribe it...weird thing is if i pass some gas it kills that tight feeling

what could be causing these problems down there??
and does it sound serious to any of you???
could rough sexual stimulation at a young age (7-8 ) cause problems down the road???
and is there any way to get rid of the red marks, they are quite embarrassing.

i know i have a build of questions and problems here and i should probably go to the doctors but im quite embarrassed and keep telling myself it will heal by itself. any help you could give me to any of these questions would be greatly appreciated ... thanks!!
