Hi there, we have been trying to get pregnant for the last two years, with no success, I have been diagnosed with PCOS, have been on glucophage, clomid and provera, and nothing has worked so far. The last two months I have decided to try a natural approach, and ordered the Ovulex off of ebay (it was cheaper that way). I have tried to order more today, and found out that the manufacturer has discontinued Ovulex, was wondering if anyone knew why?? It worries me that I haven't been able to find an answer online anywhere, and it also worries me that since so many off us take this product...was it safe for us?

I do not know why Ovulex has been discontinued. I have heard something about the manufacturer was under suspition or something like that. Just curious, you said that you have been tested and you have PCOS, has your husband been tested yet?

I readed about ovulex and here is what it was.. Herbal Blend Contains: Chaste-tree, Rasberry leaf, Black Cohosh, Ginkgo leaf, Enchacea Purpurea tops. Bromelain, Garlic Bulb, Ginger root, Ginseng, Mate, Meadowsweet, , St. John's Wort, Veleriana root. Sounds like an interesting mix of herbs and I don't understimate herbs having potential to help as I know a indian coworker very friend of mine was telling me how she got pregnant after using a particular herb can't remember which now. I would have given it a shot to this product should if it was not discontinued. Probaby that's why it was discontinued, it was good product. Imagine a herbal blend putting clomid out of comission lol! They had to do something.
