You normally ovulate 14 days before your next period. It can be between 12 and 16 days before but 14 days is the most likely.
A healthy man should be able to ejaculate once a day and keep his fertility up. If there is a sperm count or motility problem, 48 hours may be necessary to reload his gun.
At least you know that he was using fresh 'ammunition' every time
