Ovulation pain, ovarian cyst or pregnancy cramps???

please help me figure out this one. I had mid cycle pain 2 weeks after the first day of my cycle. I had the pain on my right side along with some light blood spotting. The next day my ovaries felt really swollen and sensitive,a little painful too. Bloating is almost gone now but pain persists and it feels like pinching. if I stay up longer I would get cramping in the back as well. This has been going on for several days now and I really don't know what to make of it. I am a little scared. This is the first time this has happened to me. Is it ovulation pain (going on for 3-4 days now) Is it a cyst? Am I pregnant? HELP! I am going to see my gynecologist in a week...
