overtraining ?
Posted: 07-16-08 08:31am

I read one of the articles on overtraining and none of it was more than what i do. I lift on a cycle like this:

Day 1: arms
Day 2: chest/legs
Day 3: back
Day 4: shoulders

I dont take any days for rest. after day 4 i start over again with day 1. I usually spend an hour and half on each muscle group. then i finish my work out with a 5 mile run. My goal is to be big and cut. Do you think I'm training to hard? will training this hard give me faster results or slower result?

Getting big means eating and resting enough. Big and cut is not attainable at this time for you. Go big then cut down.

Try:

Mon-chest
Tue-off
Wed-back
Th-off
Fri-legs
Sat-shoulders/bi/tri
Sun-off

EAT EAT EAT EAT EAT!!!!
