So my boyfriends lease on his apartment runs out this month I believe...he wasn't sure for a while what he was going to do since there were complications with this place he's at and most other places are too expensive...he was going to just find a place of his own again somewhere else eventually or just move in with his grandparents temporarily...however...last night he informed me that his dad came up with this BRILLIANT idea of him and his sister moving in together...

THAT is my problem...She friended me on myspace and what not and I see that in pretty much every other picture of her shes drinking and partying with her girlfriends and they're clearly drunk....I've had a few minor trust issues with my boyfriend during the 2 years we've been together...he's never cheated on me however..there are a few things that he just should not have done..and he knows it and its just made me question things every now and then...things have been great lately with us though

..with that said..neither of us go out or party or anything(we'd tried that while we were long distance and it caused alot of problems..so its just been for the best for us and both of us are fine with it) but his sister JUST graduated high school...and now..i'm getting flashbacks of the way I was freshman year of college..and I REALLY REALLY do not want to put up with the same drama and b.s. that I did...and I just have this terrible feeling that her and my boyfriends place is going to be party central for her and her friends and I'm just really uncomfortable about it all...I dont feel like worrying every weekend about whats going down at his place or whos puking their guts out in his toilet...or what girl decides to yank her top off and go crazy or what girl is passed out on the couch...i'm just SO not into the whole college party scene anymore..i'm over it WAY over it..and i thought i wouldn't have to deal with anymore crapfaced people(drunk)..its not my thing..its really not...and i'm just really worried that its going to cause alot of problems between us.....

He HAS talked to her...supposedly...but I dont see her giving a crap...and I'm really not one to bite my tongue..if you're disrespecting me...or bothering me...i'm going to tell you...and oy...i just dont want drama..or problems...

LONG i know...anyone think i'm overreacting?

First of all, have you talked to him about this? I don't mean fight, argue or bicker about this...I mean just explaning some concerns you have.

Does he have any other alternatives? could this be a temporary thing while he looks elsewhere?

I feel like rather than ask us if you are overreacting, you should talk to him. Don't freak out of him (that would be overreacting) but calmly explaning your concerns I feel would be the best way to start approaching this issue.

well..when he first told me he could tell i had concerns...he was like "i thought you'd be excited about it"...ehhhh..not so much...so no i didnt attack him about anything i just told him i was worried about his sister and her friends habits...he said he talked to her about it and there were going to be "rules" since he is going to be paying more of the rent...he said "no shes not going to want to throw parties bc she isn't going to want to mess the place up"...you can have a few girlfriends over..get drunk as all and not mess the place up...im not ok with her having girlfriends over to drink and act dumb period..she came over to his place ONCE while he was living on her own and he ended up babysitting her and her one friend the entire night....and i'm just so not into that anymore..like i dont even wanna be around it...a bunch of minors getting drunk at his place and acting dumb and him having to worry about them all night....no...not ok...i just really dont see a way of talking him out of it...because a 2 bedroom is much more affordable than a 1 bedroom..his room mate that he was going to room with only lives here during the school year so that would make things complicated with the rent so thats out...so basically he moves into his grandparents(which he definitely is using as a LAST resort) or he get a place with his sister...and it isnt the fact that its his sister that bothers me..i'm totally fine with that...i just dont want her bringing her friends over to spend the night all the time and pass out on the couch when they've had too much to drink...and i think the reason i'm SO concerned is because I know how I was when I first went away to college...i let loose and had fun with my new freedom...but I'm over that, i'm done with it..and really want nothing to do with it anymore..and now he's moving in with her I feel like I'm unfortunately going to have to deal with ALOT of drunken girl drama that I do not care for...i just see it straining my relationship
