I am a female with a neuromuscular disease. I am 40 now and was diagnosed in my 20's with bladder spams. Prescribed Ditropan xl. Did fine till about 3 months ago I starting peeing HUGE volumes, every hour to 2 hours. I feel like my bladder is raw and feel the need to go most of the time with major preessure. Went to a urologist, had a ton of tests and he said its from my neurological condition, all nerves and muscles are overactive. Tried a foley cath but my bladder spams are too bad for this. I am in a wheelchair and cant have someone keep helping me every hour. Do I have any other options or do I get another opinion? I can pee 2 cups ( yes I measured) and every hour to 2 hours keep going another 2 cups when I have drank nothing.

ANY ADVICE?

THANKS

CHERIE
