I am 23, pregnant, and can't find any information on if it is ok to take enablex while im pregnant. Even my doctor doesn't know! I've been on it for 6 years and if i don't take it, i am extremely uncomfortable and will pee up to 15 times a day. Any advice?

Did you ask the pharmacist? Or call the company that makes this medication?

Yes I have. They both told me that there hasn't been enough studies done to say if it would be harmful or not.

Enablex (Darifenacin) belongs to pregnancy category C which means that during experiments on animals, the drug displayed teratogenic effects. However, no studies have been done using pregnant woman as participants.
Nonetheless, animal reproduction studies are not always predictive of human response, Enablex can be used during pregnancy only if the benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus.

You can consult a second gynecologist about the risks and benefits of Enablex and to receive a recommended course of action.
