Obesity is unfortunately rising in children worldwide leading to a lot of problems such as type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure, to name a few.

I suggest evaluation by a pediatric specialist to sort out a number of questions in your child's case including attempting to find a cause for your child's obesity, screening for associated problems of that degree of obesity (such as diabetes), and formulating a weight management treatment plan.
