my period was 23 days late, then it finally came on Jan 3rd. i took 3 pregnancy test and all 3 were negative. there was/is a possible chance i was/am pregnant because i have unprotected sex. it lasted 3 and 1/2 days & it was really heavy with clots and constant sharp pains. my first day of my last normal period was 11/17/2010. So i had cramping the whole time, and i felt like i had gas all the time, fatigue, cravings, weight gain, and headaches with back pains. Can someone explain what this may be? I can't afford to go to doctor because I was denied medicaid.

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

It is possible that the symptoms(heavy with clots and constant sharp pains)you experienced might be because of miscarriage.Other symptoms like fatigue, cravings, headache, back pain are suggestive of pregnancy.Since you had unprotected intercourse chances of pregnancy are there. Also Urine pregnancy tests are not reliable because of false results.
You need investigation like Blood Tets and USG scan to determine the exact cause.Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for pelvic examination and correct diagnosis.

Take Care!
