It seems like anything can make me feel sick, and it's seemingly random how it happens, It doesn't matter so much what I eat, i've felt sick after Salads, Pudding, Bread, All within it's expiration date, and given it's gone on since as long as I can remember, (At least 7 or 8 years, i'm 20 now)

When I say Sick, I mean like i'm going to throw up, maybe. I haven't for 10 years. I'm lucky, but i'm terrified of it. The symptoms of my nausea can vary, The only thing the only clue I have is that all of my symptoms are generally triggered at Night time.

1:It could just feel like a lot of acid in my stomach making its way up
2:i'll feel bloated in my throat or stomach, like the airways are blocked or sealed off.
3:My face will get hot, or some other weird sensation, like a pang of bad taste on the right side of the back of my tongue. (This happened a few minutes ago after a shower)
4.I'll smell something odd, There may not even be something causing the smell. But my mind will simulate it, and nausea follows.

Extremely eHealthy
You are most likely facing an acid reflux issue, or GERD.
Chronic nausea is atypical GERD symptom, that could resolve or markedly reduce by using proton pump inhibitors (acid production is reduced) and promotility drugs.

See a gastroenterologist!
