HI im 16 years old and i think i have a problem. I have probably been masturbating over the normal amount of times like 2-4 times a day sometimes and now my skin on my penis will get very inflamed and red. it itches like mad and i can only get it to go away by not doing anything for a couple days. Then the skin gets hard and flaky like peeling. I waited about 4-5 days without masturbating and then did again and the same thing happened. What should i do?
