You are 100% right H20 and for those guys that deny this its only because they have a stronger constitution than normal but all abusers will eventualy suffer the consequences.

Are you saying that H20 is 100% that Masturbation will cause:
-Weak erection / impotence
-eraly ejaculation
-loss of memory
-digestive system
-early white hair/beard
-sadness
-loss of self respect
-fatigue/ weakness
-No mucsles
-shameful matrimonial life
-semen in urine
Do you have some fashion of medicine of science that will back up any of those claims? Can you posit a theory as to how masturbation will cause you to eventually loose all muscle tissue in your body? I'm shocked that he also forgot that Masturbation will cause eyesight problems, make hair grow from your palms and turn you into one of the Japanese. These are old wives tales forwarded by people who want to control the behavior of others, usually for religious reasons. There's no proof of any of these claims forthcoming because they're simply false

I will say that Peyronie's Disease, curvature of the penis can be caused by injuries sustained through masturbation or strain or injury to the penis through any other means. It is a realistic risk. However I feel it would be foolish to throw away the benefits of masturbation because you're afraid of developing a slight curve to the left or right.

His testimony speaks for itself you can label the people that have experieced this mentaly handicapped if you wish or whatever but we know what is to be true to ourselves. I'm not saying that masturbation is bad only when it is practiced excessively beyond the point of maintaining good health. We don't need medical claims to back it up we experienced it first hand. More and more people will end up here with the same symptoms attributed to masturbating excessively over time to testify to it. People are here to learn from each other because they may have fell victim to biased medical knowledge and want to here from other individuals on what they think to be true. You can try to place words in my mouth all you want to but in the end your only backing yourself into a corner.

My corner is pretty large from how I see it. You can't defend a single claim in that list. There is no cause and effect relationship between masturbation and any of these problems. You blithely talk about biased medical knowledge as if your decisive opinion is somehow superior the the worst kind of faulty medical information. If I have first-hand experience with a Pink Dragon that farts nerve gas would it seem somehow responsible to you for me to warn people of the danger all over this forum and make personal attacks against people who request that I prove it's real?

Who are you to demand proof from me of anything, like I said before you can't prove anything yourself. I only came here to offer my opinion like most people on here do. You claim I talk about danger when it comes to (over)masturbation I didn't say anything about danger I only mentioned health issues. Its not my fault you made an ass of your self and are now try so diligently to clean up the mess. It seems you have fantasies of pink dragons who fart nerve gas. Who is the one who is delusional here? It appears to be you.

Whenever there is debate about Bad effects of masturbation, it obviously means over/excessive masturbation. I wonder the testimonies of sufferers of masturbation are DENIED, with the fact that thousands of testimonies are there. All people cant have same Physcological problems of Phobia of Masturbation.
If 10-30% of smokers have the tendency and chances of getting acute respiratory problems even lungs cancer then on the calculation of rest of the 80% it cant be said that smoking is perfectly normal for health.
I cant conclude and propagate smoking as normal on the experience that dozen of my friend smoke including my self, and no one got any problems. so i cant advice others, it is fun to smoke and drink, its good recreation.
If 10% Alcohal drinking people have the cances of sevear liver problems then can it be said then 90% dont have the chances so Alcohal is not harmful for health.
In case of masturbation every second or even 60-70 % people (or more)suffer from any or many "MYTHICAL" problems.

It is fun to jerk off no doubt it is most sensational enjoyment one can get. cheap and always accessable but it make u addictive and can bring Diastrous consequences.
If some one dont have any problem with masturbation he can carry on it can be normal for his body but
If some one thinks it has bad effects of masturbation then he should give masturbation a pause/break and observe . If things got better than he should reconsider his regular practice of Masturbation. Masturbation effects can vary from person to person. some get some problems i stated above ,some get all, some doesnt get any at all. but many many ppls do suffer thats my obeservation.
Not single Jerk off destroy your health immediately it gradually drains your energy and health day by day if one persistantly practice it.
People do get problems due to masturbation it cant be denied.if many peoople has the tendency of getting problems invovled in addictive masturbation say 30% (though i believe more), it can be said that MASTURBATION IS INJURIOUS AND HARMFUL TO HEALTH.

I don't know.. who are you to demand that I accept facts that conflict with medicine without giving proof? I've proved repeatedly in multiple threads that you're full of it and even that you're deliberately misinforming people. It seems pretty clear that people who rant and rave about dangers that don't occur in nature without proof are delusional doesn't it? Maybe it's time you stop chasing pink dragons..

The problem with your argument is that you're arguing in favor of smoking and drinking in your analogy. You're discouraging a healthy behavior. You're encouraging cancer risk and degenerating health. You're arguing against the recommendations of doctors. I don't doubt that you have problems, I'm just not convinced that they're connected to masturbation. Like I've said before I don't see a connection between them and masturbation. If you have evidence, something that could teach us more about masturbation I'd appreciate it. But realize that otherwise you're argument stands in opposition to medical facts.

Masturbation is GOOD for you and natural to all humans.
Please note, Asian cultures and very traditional orthodox Christian, Jewish and Muslim communities create a lot of unnecessary guilt and confusion over masturbation and sexuality in general for religious/social/traditional reason that I do not argue with here. Argue unnecessary guilt/shame with your religious leaders... consult doctors for medical questions.

Humans are genetically predisposed to wanting regular pleasure. If you are not getting pleasure from a partner including sex, hugs and general physical closeness you are missing out. Masturbation simply, naturally fills in the gap. Like any other naturally occuring activity we should give it a reasonable time and place in our lives. We eat, sleep, urinate, defecate, socialize, meditate, dream etc etc regularly. Masturbation belongs on that list, how often you do it is up to you and how you live your life. My only caution to you is JUST LIKE EATING, you can over or under do it. JUST LIKE eating and exercising YOU must decide on how much routine and "just enough" variety is required for regular masturbation to fulfill your natural need for pleasure.... to be clear...treat masturbation like exercise for your sexuality.

DO NOT squeeze so hard you scrape your skin or break blood vessels,
DO NOT do it the exact same way every time, DO NOT imagine the exact same things every time,

DO practice ways to maximize your pleasure.
DO imagine life affirming activities and social interactions when masturbating.
DO give your masturbation a reasonable time and place in your life that does not interfere with other things you need to do.

Love yourself the way God/The Universe made you
Have respect for the way your body functions, even if its not 'pretty'
Enjoy the direction you are choosing to take yourself in the future.

You tell 'em! Masturbation is good and natural and HEALTHY...its a fact,Jack! Pun intended! party

10 FACTS ABOUT MASTURBATION

1. Masturbation is not evil, dirty or harmful - it will not make you go blind, drive you insane, turn you in to a pervert, stunt your growth, give you an STD, make you sterile or get you pregnant.
2. Both guys and girls masturbate, it is a normal and healthy part of sexual development.
3. Masturbation is a very personal thing and should not be done in public places or around people who are not willing partners (think safer sex activity).
4. You are normal if you masturbate, normal if you wonder about it but don't do it, and normal if you never give it a second thought and don't do it - it is one of the few things in life that is "normal if you do and normal if you don't".
5. Masturbation may make sexual intercourse more enjoyable because you will already know what it takes to "please you".
6. Masturbation alleviates stress and releases endorphens (the pleasure hormones) in to your system making you more relaxed.
7. Masturbation as exploration of the body is common in children between the ages of 3 and 6, in teens masturbation becomes more sophisticated and sexually motivated.
8. Surveys have shown that 80% of males and 59% of females have masturbated by age 18.
9. Many experts believe that masturbation is more prevalent in the teen years due to a strong fluctuation of hormones; masturbation alleviates the strain of this build up and is a necessary part of development.
10. The only real problems that come with masturbation are psychological and are the result of unhealthy or weary attitudes toward doing it (if you do it but are ashamed) or abnormal practices (for example, public masturbation).

The history of masturbation contains many bizarre and hard to belief moments of misinformation. Whether it causes blindness, insanity, acne, or hair growth, masturbation has been both the most reviled and most commonly practiced sexual behavior on the planet. To this day many of us are raised believing certain myths about masturbation. If you’re still trying to separate fact and fiction consider these common myths and the facts that debunk them.
Masturbation Is For the Young
In fact, masturbation is a life long sexual activity. Surveys regularly show that anywhere from 70 to 95% of adult men and women masturbate. And while this may slow down as we age, many of us continue masturbating into our golden years. One survey of 800 adults over 60 found that that 46% of them masturbated, another found that 20% of seniors masturbated once a week or more. Masturbation isn’t just for the young, nor is it an “immature” form of sexual behavior.
Masturbation Isn't "Real Sex"
Masturbation is real sex. When you masturbate you can get really aroused, which can result in very real orgasms. In North America, we put values on different sexual behaviors, but this has no basis in science. From a health perspective, masturbation is as “real” a sexual behavior as intercourse, oral sex, or kissing. And research shows that people in relationships masturbate, which contradicts the myth that masturbation is only for loners.
Masturbation Is Bad For Your Health
This myth originated with an anti-masturbation tract that was written in 1712 as a way to sell a bogus “tonic” that was supposed to stop the disease of “self-pollution”. Through the years there have been many colorful attempts to pathologize masturbation. They say it will make you go blind, it will give you acne, and it will grow hair on your palms. All claims that have been refuted by science. Today virtually all physicians and scholars agree that masturbation is harmless.
Men Have to Masturbate, Women Don't
While most statistics show that men do masturbate more than women, there is no evidence to suggest this is due to some biological “need” on the part of men to masturbate. What is true is that social attitudes toward female masturbation are much more negative, and this likely impacts both women’s early masturbation and their willingness to report masturbating in a survey. There is no research to suggest that the desire to masturbate is tied to biological sex or even gender.
People In Relationships Don't Masturbate
This common myth often drives people in relationships to masturbate in private hiding it from their partners. Survey research shows that people of all ages masturbate when they are in relationships. Kinsey’s survey found that almost 40% of men and 30% of women in relationships masturbated. A study of Playboy readers found that 72% of married men masturbated, and a study of Redbook readers found that 68% of married women masturbated.
Too Much Masturbation Is Bad For You
With very rare exceptions, frequent masturbation is not harmful. If an individual is compulsively masturbating or is unable to engage in any sexual behavior other than masturbation (and would like to), it is possible that there may be reason to consult a mental health professional. But masturbating, whether it is once a month, or three times a day, if it is part of a balanced sexual and social life, poses no specific risks.
Only Certain Kinds of People Masturbate
Survey research debunks this myth that only certain people masturbate. Whether you are 19 or 99, religious and conservative or secular and liberal, whether you are a parent, grandparent, uncle or aunt, whether you get around on your own two legs or use a wheelchair, scooter, crutches, or roller-skates to get around, almost everyone has masturbated at some point in their lives, and most of us continue to do so.
