A lot of men go through the same issue youâre dealing with. Don't be hard on yourself, but just try to gradually change your habits. The fact that youâre concerned at such a young age is a very positive thing. Many men go through their 40's and 50's and realize what youâre realizing now. So, try to find a good girl that youâre attracted to and stay in a relationship and your body will adopt after a while. Itâs normal that your sex drive will reduce a little relative to when you were 18. That happens to everyone. However, you have to maintain a healthy equilibrium of sex life and your life. One thing that I've seen destroy people has been pornography. Try to stay away from it because your body gets used to the fictitious excitement and therefore you might not be experiencing the same thing when you actually meet a girl. So I highly recommend staying away from porn; it also has the effect of damaging your penis because of repeated masturbation. You only have one penis, (Youâre going to be living with it for a 100 years) so use it accordingly. But don't worry man, your only 26, however this is when you have a chance to change your habits, not when your 40. Also, I've seen great things happen when people make a spiritual connection in regards to their goals of changing. So give it a try. So please change your habits and the rest will follow.......I promise you. Good luck pal.
