hi
i am 25 years old. my menstruation cycle is usually of 23 to 24 days each month. i never missed my periods.i have been trying to conceive for last 6 months. so i went for check up to a gynecologist. she done my internal ultrasound on the 14th day of my periods. and said both ovaries have immature follicles. she suggested me duphaston 2 times for 10 days. Now today is 27th day of my last periods, i am facing pelvic pain for last 2 days. the colr of my mucus was a little red but my periods have not been started. can i be pregnant or it is indication of some menstruation cycle diseases?????

Is this just menstrual cramps? Do you normally cramp? The hormones very likely changed the way you will experience this period.
