Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
The pain that you are having due to cysts in ovaries every month can be related to having ovulation and rupture of cysts that are known to cause severe pain in few women (Mittelschmerz or mid cycle pain). Visit a gynecologist for monitoring of ovulation and correlation of pain to it. If found to be due to ovulation, you will need to be put on appropriate medications to control your pain.

Take care.
