Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If you have been diagnosed with presence of ovarian cysts, consider getting them monitored. Functional cysts usually do not create any problems, and at times, get resolved by themselves. If the cysts suggest possibility of PCOS, consider getting started on insulin modifiers to reverse the changes. If the cysts are found to be growing or changing in size/texture/content/appearance/density, then your doctor/gynecologist might consider getting them removed/excised. Consider being in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
