im a 24 weeks pregnant and i have an ovarian cyst that is almost 7cm big, and it is causing me pain, what should i do?

Wondering what has happened in your case. My daughter is going through the same thing and she is 26 weeks pregnant. She is waiting for an appt for an ultrasound.
