I'm 20 years old and I'm scared because I think I'm having symptoms of ovarian cancer.

I've had 2 paps with 2 different gynos(one for hpv outbreak and another for the hpv irritation of stage 1 mild dysplesia on my right side) and they did a routine check up and said everything looked good.

Now about a month later I'm having a throbbing like pain on my left side where I think my ovaries are.

I have some of the symptoms which is a pain that travels from my lower back on the same side and pain near my pelvis. i feel like i need to urinate often too. i also have tons of bloating all the time and bouts of diarrhea and i think it's because of yeast overgrowth from all the antibiotics ive take. but i'm not sure.

I got a pee test done by my doc and he said my pee wasnt bad but it wasnt't normal. I was put on antibiotics for it but its not working. gotta call em back on monday. but im driving myself crazy until then.

Any thoughts? I mean if i did have ovarian cancer couldn't they feel the lumps or wouldn't it had hurt or been tender when then pushed down on my lower abdomen.

And I know I'm not pregnant because I've been with the same woman for 6months now.
