I recently began having unprotected sex after being tested with a partner. She is experiencing no symptoms. Despite spending much time looking up and comparing to various common STDs, I have been unable to locate anything that matches my situation. They are temporary and painless, though not numb, whiteheads with no discharge. When the head breaks, it bleeds a small amount and then goes away. They come in groups of 3-5. I have gotten this both on the shaft and, once, the head of the penis. I don't believe these are chancres or warts. Do you think this could simply be exposure to vaginal bacteria, and not an STI at all?

I think I have the same thing. It's not a wart. I got it looked at by a doctor. I don't know what it can be. They haven't given me an answer. My are small white bumps on the shaft of my penis located on the top side. None on the botton side of the penis. If you got an answer as to what it can be, please let me know. Thank you.

after experimenting a bit we discovered that if I washed up afterward using antibacterial soap I did not have an outbreak. We inferred that the outbreak was caused by native bacteria in the female reproductive system and not a true STI. I obviously recommend seeking medical help because they will know better than some guy on the internet giving you his conjecture.
