Q: Out-of-state care and Massachusetts state health plans

I am MA resident and am going to be sending in the form to apply for the Massachusetts state sponsored health plans. I will probably qualify for Commonwealth Care or MassHealth. I only have a tiny bit of dividend and interest income that I receive. I'm unemployed except for on an as needed basis for a place, and they have barely given me any hours.

My question is if I'm approved: what happens if I am temporarily out of state for a few days (if I was traveling looking for work for example) and during that time something horrible happened like a car crash and I was injured? Would Commonwealth Care or MassHealth cover my medical bill?
