my osteopath said that he has several pateints with TMJ and he fixes it.....he put his fingers in my mouth and pressed internally really hard to release the muscles......OMG my right side i almost jumped of the table in agony its like a brick lol.my left was not so bad.......but so sore..............it was my first time with this treatment so has anyone had this done and how many treatments should i get befre giving up.............he did also mention that i may need a splint if i clench at night time..............i think i may do as im worse in the morning....so i may need to find a dentest to

anyway anyone no much about the osteo treatment.he also stretched my neck, shoulders, jaw and popped my neck..............im not beter tonite but it was only my fisrt session so no expecting miricales..............i have been going to this guy for postural and other stuff before i got this flare majorally in TMJ so i knwo that he is a great honest guy and the stuff he did for me prevouisly worked..
