Q: Osteochondral lesion cause ?

I may have an osteochondral lesion adjacent to my radial head. Just wondering what causes them and what course of action would be take to remove it?

From what I know these are caused by a tear or fracture in the cartilage...I would think surgery would be the option if resting did not cure it...Good luck...
