Id hate to say it but i have bunions on my feet, i hate it. My doctor recommended therapeudic shoes because they relieve a lot of the pain. Its a little pricey. Do therepeudic shoes really make a big difference?

Yes. You need to have your feet placed in a mold and from there have a othopetic made for your shoes that will fit perfectly due to the mold..
