i just recently started taking ortho tricyclen lo also! so far, its good. sometimes i feel like i wanna throw up, but it goes away. theres spotting too; but i only think you spot when you dont take the pill at the same time everyday. everything else is good. but be careful, it would not be recommended for women who have a history of blood clots etc. its good! go for it!

I have been on it for about 6 years now and I like it alot. It does affect everyone slightly different, just like any other medication but for me it does not make me feel any different than normal. I have had reduction in cramping and no PMS symptoms, and only about three day periods. I think it is great, but if you do have some unusual effects from it you should contact your doc and/or pharmacist right away with any questions.
