I've never been on birth control until I started this past Sunday and

I have always had bad cramps the first through second day of my period so I thought maybe it would help also whenever my boyfriend comes home from Iraq it'll come in handy.. but, in reality, now I'm wiggin' out after reading about this stuff on the internet of peoples experiences

I don't want to gain a lot of weight and I sure don't want a decreased sex drive because once He's home and back in the swing of things, I sure don't want to be a bore and not want to have sex, lol.

so anybody else..out there on this and, please give me some feed back!

Thanks Shocked giggle

so far not so bad.
Hi,

My hubby is deployed too..I'm on my first cycle on this particular birth control pill, been on several but not for about 5 years. So far, I haven't had any weight gain, been working out and I have an increased sex drive but it's been 2 months. I was breaking out but it seems clearer..just wash my face more often. I'm generally in a good mood too. I have bad cramps too..I actually have severe endometriosis, haven't had period yet but not time..i will try to update when I get it. I do have breast tenderness but that is a good thing..means they are growing..they were 34D when younger and on bcp (don't remember the brand) but I wanted a baby. I'm hoping they grow back again and would love to have a short, predictable period w/little to no cramps.

Hi
I ahd just the opposite, but this was years ago....Noahs Ark years, but unless these have changed in chemical makeup....I NEVER GAined weight, nor had "water weight", I did not have mood swings, cramps, it did not mess with my sex drive, it cleared up my skin and.....the best part, regulated periods and kept me from getting pregnant! If you find you are having anysymptoms, see your phys., they can alwasy change brands and strengths! My daughter prefers the depo shot....no periods...but I myself think this is wrong...mother nature intended for you to get rid of "junk" in the uterus every month...whatever works for you!
