Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo - skipping period ? Posted: 05-20-08 11:11am
My boyfriend and I planned a little trip
to San Diego and we booked the room
already. Then I realized that weekend I
will be having my period. I'm on Ortho Tri
Cycle Lo right now, when I was on Tri
Nessa I skipped my period once by starting
a new pack instead of the inactive pills.
Could that be possible for low dose pills?
I suffer from really bad cramps and heavy
bleeding . I
want to be able to enjoy this trip.

Yes, you can definitely skip your period.
I would suggest trying it a few months in
advance, it's more likely to work if you
start early.

it every month. Just for the first week of
June cause that's when we're going. So,
you think it would be fine even if I'm
