ok, so ive recently went on the patch ortho evra, and now my breasts hurt, i can't even touch them without saying owww well the nipple part anyways. i actually had to wear no bra for five days because they were that sensative. i've read there was a recall on the ortho evra patch and that worrys me. But anyways what im really here to ask is for some help in changing my birth control. should i change it and get off the ortho evra and go onto a low dose pill because im also on zoloft.
i've done plenty of research i just can't choose theres soo many. i'm mainly looking for ones that are low dose with the less side affects. any help or reviews of your own if you ever took birth control pills would be highly apprecciated.

thank you so much for reading my long post sunny

ortho evra patch
idk if you got any responses cause it doesn't look like it but i was on both of them the birthcontrol and zoloft when i was younger.
Anyways i got clogged milk ducts they called them when ur nipple ducts get clogged and it hurts pretty bad.
The way i figured out was i found a yellowing something on the inside of my white bra by the nipple and played with my boob to find out that i had discharge comming out it was very painful!
well went to the doctor and thats what they told me and also told me if it happened again i may have to have my breasts removed so it happened again and i never said a word but this is what he told me to do to get rid of it

if theres any kind of lump that is:

warm hot wet compresses then sqeeze the lump from all different angles yes it hurts sooo bad like you wanna cry but its the only way to get the discharge out and keep doing that and if you can't take it...take a break its not going anywhere Sad

sorry if this doesnt pertain to you just thought my insight would help

GOOD LUCK!
