The female orgasm is not necessary for conception. The intensity of pleasure in women when having intercourse is due to the neural stimulation in the vagina and the surrounding area. These areas are more rich in nerves, thus making it easier for the women to have pleasure.

The female orgasm is sometimes accompanied with excessive fluid from the vagina. This fluid should not be mixed with the usual lubrication fluid. The exact origin of this orgasm fluid is not known. As for the types of the orgasms, they depend what areas (vagina walls, clitoris, cervix, perianal area) are involved.
