I've taken the first pill for medical abortion and will be taking 4 misoprostol pills vaginally tomorrow. I'm very scared about the cramping and pain I'm going to experience, especially because I cannot take vicodin or codeine. When I've had bad period cramps in the past I've found that having an orgasm, even if I don't really feel like it, helps alleviate the pain significantly. Will this be true for a medical abortion too?
