Organic Vitamins For Absorption

User Profile
I am looking for the best type/brand of vitamins to buy for maximum absorption of the vitamins. Is organic best? Does that matter when it comes to vitamins? Also, any other tips or thoughts on vitamins? Also, where is the best place with the best prices to purchase these?

I am taking specific vitamins for water retention and blood circulation along with many other vitamins for health reasons and want the maximum benefit.

I think you need to make sure it is QUALITY first and formost. It needs to be organic, whole, and completely balanced. You don't want to just throw some synthetic vitamin down your throat and throw your body more out of wack. Absorption does matter! You need to look for a company that takes pride in nutrition. I use Simpleaf Superyou whole food supplement. It's an organic high quality powder that I mix into my smoothies everyday. It's full of protein, fatty acids, and all the vitamins and minerals you could need. I really feel much better than I did when I just used the "typical" vitamins or supplements. I would never go back to those "horse pills." I think this product is pretty new to the market, but I really recommend it! Smile
