The lack of sex drive (frigidity) means
that you don’t wish (not interested in)
sex. Masturbation is the biggest proof
that you desire sex and that you are not
frigid. Impotency means that you like sex
but are not able to perform it. Generally
there are 2 types of impotency: organic
and psychogenic. Achieving erections by
touching the penis could indicate that
your sexual dysfunction is due to
psychogenic reasons, not organic. If the
impotency was caused by organic reasons
you wouldn’t be able to achieve erection
anyway. Excessive masturbation can cause
psychogenic impotency. If you still have
problems with the prostate, that is an
organic reason that can contribute to your
sexual dysfunction. Depression can cause
IBS and psychogenic impotency.
First, you might want to consult a
urologist about your problem to
exclude/confirm any organic reason for
your sexual dysfunction.
