Be a little worried. Influenza can also be transmitted through oral sex or any one of a million viruses that can be caught by virgins and transmitted sexually. The fact that you believe your partner is a virgin should never be a reason not to protect yourself from disease and pregnancy.

Get some rest and use hand sanitizer. If you have these symptoms more than two weeks or they become distressing, see a doctor. Otherwise don't worry.

I think you got me wrong.... what i meant was I already had the cold and fever even before the oral sex...ive had it for about a week now... my question is, can this be transmitted to her and are we in a risk of contracting an std?

Absolutely. From a viral standpoint oral sex isn't radically different than intimate kissing. You are putting your face in a damp most part of the human body and fluids are being exchanged. A lot of viruses out there that are more particular about how they are transmitted but both Rhino virus and Influenza can easily be transmitted sexually.

Use protection.

You never want to be not-worried about this stuff. STDs can kill you, pregnancy will make you responsible for a living being all of your life. There's no room for carelessness with sex. However you're describing cold symptoms, those alone aren't worth getting wound up about.
